Day 11

Today, just like most weekends, we got off to a late start so we decided to have brunch. We made some delicious lobster omelets with a side of bacon and sautéed spinach and tomato. That should hold us over to mid day. 

For dinner tonight I'm making another Paleo recipe- Cuban pork with baked plantains.
